Sitcom character
Alwin
I am Alwin, the other clerk at our town hall, and I like to say yes before I check whether we can. I also translate for our twinning guest, mostly correctly. I am the newest member of the tug of war club and very strong, and I believe every rumour of an opponent. At home I share a flat with Arne and a bear who sleeps all winter.
