I am Owen, and in our small harbour town I run the fish festival, chair the tidy committee and know everybody by name. Each month I welcome a guest cook from far away to cook our famous bony fish, and a camera follows us now, which I enjoy. Our town has come second in the tidiest town contest for thirty years, and this year I want first. At home I stand between my father Neil and my daughter Orla.
