Sitcom character
NeilPRO
I am Neil, a retired football referee, and I spend my days at the senior lounge of our harbour town. I cannot stop refereeing, so the card games, the tea queue and the weekly walk all have rules and a whistle now. I live with my son Owen and my granddaughter Orla in a tall house by the harbour. I referee our kites, and at Orla's bowling matches I keep the score she must never see.
