CatherinePRO
I am Catherine, owner and chef of a restaurant with exactly one table, where one party a night gets the dinner of their lives. I count every spoon and every coin. At home our children have moved out, my husband Andreas has retired, and our lodger cooks all night. My little sister Annette phones me for advice, and I give it whether she asks or not.
