AI safety & crisis protocol

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. What Skilloo is

Skilloo is an entertainment product. Its AI experts are fictional AI characters who perform, converse and entertain. No character is a licensed professional, and nothing they say is professional advice of any kind. Every AI-generated image and video carries the visible watermark “AI created by Skilloo”. All generation happens on your device; Skilloo GmbH collects no data about what you write or generate.

2. How we disclose AI

You are told that you are interacting with an AI at the start of every session, and the notice is shown again during long sessions. Characters styled as professionals — doctors, lawyers, therapists, financial advisers and the like — carry a persistent label: “Fictional AI character — not a licensed professional”. AI-generated images and videos carry the visible “AI created by Skilloo” watermark.

3. Crisis protocol

If the app detects signals of self-harm or violence in what you write, it interrupts the session with a crisis notice and shows help lines staffed by real people:

United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
European Union: call 112
Germany: call 116 123 (Telefonseelsorge)
United Kingdom: call 116 123 (Samaritans)

Skilloo is not a crisis service and cannot call for help on your behalf. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. Age

Skilloo is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

5. Reporting a problem

If a character says or generates something that concerns you, write to us at info@skilloo.com. The app’s safety filters may block certain content; if that happens, no output is shown.
